Return & Refund Policy – SETES Webshop

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SETES. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@setes.fi with your order details before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• If the product is returned damaged or shows signs of installation, a partial refund may be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue at info@setes.fi We will make it right.
