At SETES, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably — wherever you are.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@setes.fi and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted international and domestic carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 2–7 business days
- Outside EU: 5–14 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs clearance)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)
International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

6. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@setes.fi with your order number and relevant details. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
